Elba went the extra mile for me and got the house that I had originally wanted at the price I wanted to pay. She even got a few extras included, which i had hoped for, but didn't think would be possible.

1) 1st transaction dealt with the sale of our residence in Hillsboro, OR due to work relocation for Scott. Elba had to deal not only with extra paperwork, due to the employer relocation requirements for the sale of our residence; she also had to deal with the difficult and non-cooperative personnel of the relocation service hired by the employer. She was willing to see the land in person for us since we were unable to personally view the land (due to our move outside of Oregon). We had a successful outcome to this transaction due to Elba’s diligence and industriousness.
